Team Composition
|
- Max 10 players per team
- 5 players + goalie on field at once (a team must have at least 4 players at a game to play)
- No age limits
- Minimum 3 female participants on each team
- Minimum 3 non-competetive players on each team
- **Non-regular refers to anyone who either has never played soccer or has not played for a significant amount of time

Game Information
|
- 4 games minimum per team
- Preliminary round champions will advance to play-off round
- 25 minute games (no half-time)
- All games will have a game official
- Substitutions will only be allowed on goal kicks (except for injury)

- Micro fields will be utilized
- Fields will be lined (side lines, goal lines, and penalty boxes)
