I have read the "Tournament Format" page of the website and I understand all issues with regard to the tournament format.
I have read the "Tournament Rules" page of the website and I understand all issues with regard to the rules by which the tournament will be run.
I understand that all players on my team must hand in signed liability waiver forms before playing a game and that any players who do not hand in this form will be the responsibility of me, the team contact.
I understand that each team in the tournament, including my own, must provide volunteers to referee two (2) games during the tournament. (Qualified referees are not mandatory).
